The IAC is available to assist families prior to adoption with the review of referral information, including translated medical information, growth, development, videos and pictures. You will receive a call from one of our doctors and will get a comprehensive review as well as information on preparing for travel, parenting tips, feeding suggestions, etc depending on the needs of the child and family. You will get a call in within 5 business days from the time materials were received. Accommodations can be made for rush reviews and communication while you are in the country of your child. You will receive a detailed written letter recapping your phone conversation for your records. Please call our contact person to arrange a referral review - see contact information for details.

There is a fee for this service to cover the physician time, dictation service and mailing costs. Fees range from $200 to $400 depending on extent of information received and need to consult other Riley specialists. There is a $50 fee for rush reviews. Rush reviews are done within 48 hours of receiving the materials.

If you send originals please include a self addressed stamped envelope. Typically however copies are sufficient and can be sent via email or fax. If you have pictures please send those via email as faxed copies are unable to be visualized.
