Deb Parsons elected to Association of Pediatric Program Directors’ Coordinator’s Executive Committee

Deb Parsons, Neonatal/Perinatal Fellowship Coordinator, was elected to serve on the Association of Pediatric Program Directors’ Coordinator’s Executive Committee. Out of a need for fellowships to be represented, the APPD board decided to add a fellowship coordinator to the board. Many of Deb’s accomplishments as a fellowship coordinator were recognized by her peers and were thus evident in her nomination to be the first fellowship coordinator to ever serve on this committee. She is also currently serving on the TAGME (Training Administrator of Graduate Medical Education) task force committee for neonatal fellowship coordinators. We are pleased that Deb is representing Indiana University in both of these national organizations.
